Wanderlust Wednesday: Jamaica Edition

On Monday night the Seabrook Travel Team had the pleasure of attending a seminar on Jamaica. We got to check out some great hotels and attractions and we won't lie, it left us dying to jump a plane and head down to the land of alright.

"We do relaxing, but we don't do boring."

Jamaica has so much to do! There's about ten golf courses, with packages available at many hotels.

There is also a phosphorescent lagoon located in Falmouth, where guests are taken on a beautiful night cruise. When disturbed, the microscopic organisms in the water glow and creates and eerie, glistening light. This phenomenon is said to only occur in only 3 places in the world.

Also check out the Pelican Bar near Treasure Beach. Take a boat out to the unique bar and grab a drink and even a bite to eat.

Organic lovers may also enjoy Stush in the Bush, an unique dining experience that's truly farm to table. Try a Yoga Brunch!

Some other things we learned:

Jamaica hasn't had a direct hit from a hurricane since 1988!

There's more attractions on the island than any other in the Caribbean.

Where to Stay?
